Does your messaging tell a story?

Jan 2, 2023Messaging Monday

Does your messaging tell a story for your brand/business on your website (and across your social accounts)? If so, is it the right message? If not, what kind of story is your messaging portraying to your clients?

Does your messaging tell a story?

Are you just listing facts, features, or benefits? Are you talking more about what you do than what you can do for your client?

In the end, all clients really want to know is what’s in it for them. They want to know if and how you can help them solve their problem.

They also want to know that they can trust you to deliver the product or service you are providing, hopefully with an excellent degree of customer service and the quality they expect.

Make sure your story solves your readers’ problem

Lastly, they want to know that you are providing the solution to their problem at a fair price. Take a look at my home page to see how my story flows for my prospective clients.
